I want to make a game console in ComputerCraft. So, here it is!

CCC

A ComputerCraft game console

So, remember the Dreamcast VMUs? Well, I decided to bring them back in CCC.

Now let's take a look at the...

CCC Shop

The CCC Shop is where you get your software.
It uses pastebin to download files because I didn't want to use Github and wget.
Github hasn't worked the last time I tried it so I went with pastebin.

VMUs will be able to run lua programs downloaded from this shop like the "VMU Firmware Updater".

APIs

For APIs there will be a VMU and CCCS api.

CCCS is what the CCC Shop uses to check prices and download software.

VMU is for accessing the VMU to store saves and extra data.

OK, that is all I have to talk about right now.
Bye!
Note: I only started working on this on the day this was posted. There will be many updates in the replies.

YEAH! Love that idea! Make sure it is compatible to run games via a disc drive, plus a menu, choosable via keyboard!

Make sure they have a animation when it is booted

We will be notified of any releases. I'll get notifications via chrome if you have anything for any updates on CCC.

I have a suggestion for your project!
I recently found out about the gameutils API. It can be found in the old fourms via here.
