OpenModemAR, announcer for AR controllers

So yeah, I made something.

You'll need Advanced Peripherals and BPeripherals (if you don't want BPeripherals, then remove the first line.) Hook up a Modem and a ARController, connect some glasses, grab the code, make your own starter code, then start it. Perfect for servers that need to announce something, yet don't want to use chat or signs.

You will need to make your own message sender. This is for interfacing.
