Can a Computer Upload to a domain if it knows the password?

I know wget can download anything, but what about uploading? I want to be able to upload my programs as I update them, instead of getting a new Pastebin link every time.

It ultimately depends on how the server works, but yes. People have made gist clients that upload I belive.
