dcons - An in-development all-in-one utility console. (previously DuskUtils)

UPDATE - This project is going to be renamed to 'dcons', short for DuskConsole, and for peripherals and general utility such as networking and (possibly) light server utility.

As of now, there is only DuskDriverUtils, which allows the user to input a command to output three articles of information about a disk in a drive, including detection of if it is a music disc or not.
