so whenever anyone on a server that I and some friends play on uploads and plays any .dfpwm file with CC:Tweaked speakers, the speaker makes this terrible screeching noise, interestingly though, this doesn't happen when the server owner directly puts the .dfpwm file into the folder through file explorer, only when someone uploads it to the computers folder (we use liveshare on vscode bc we are lazy) it doesn't work. if anyone knows why this is happening or how to fix it, please help with this. thank you in advance
