I tried this out and despite the fact that it is a little rough around the edges, it is quite an interesting experience! I can't see myself using it as my main OS in-game, but it is quite fun to play around with. The movable and re-sizable windows system is awesome and I love the permission system (like UAC). It works better on a big monitor, but it is really cool. Keep up the great work!

Your installer crashes when obtaining files. I would suggest to fix the issue as well as some errors that you have in the code inside PhileOS. Great work, just more improvements.
