firstoff, i do only now the Lua basics so dont think im a pro.
anyways, i wanna make an code that logs all new item's in my ME System with time and date on an Monitor.
something like this "+Gunpowder 0.0.0000 00:00".
i looked at other threads and i saw that u need to register changes somehow,
but i have absolutly no idea how to do it so please help me!

you will want an addon mod, depending on your MC version you will want open peripherals(for 1.7.10 and earlier) or plethora (for 1.10 - 1.12)
which one you pick will change the methods that are available to you
