There are various issues with this program although I cannot find like any replacement for the getTransferPerTick() function. Im sure there are also other issues too but this is the one I cannot find any fix for what so ever.
Looks like the energy core peripheral didn't wrap correctly. Are you sure that you have a modem on the right block? Do you need plethora or something installed?
Here's my setup, Should work fine (in theory) I'm playing in 1.12.2 on FTB Revelation.

Your modem needs to be on the core's io things, I don't know what the block that you have it on currently is.
Also, that mod pack doesn't seem to have plethora installed and so might not work (unless draconic provides its own peripherals which I think it does not).
I actually got it working :)
I looked at the picture and realized you need it attached to the flux gates and the pylons. I tried it after and it works like a charm. Thanks!
